ABOUT ME

Cooking and eating food have always been at the centre of my life having grown up in a family where all we talk about is what we’re eating for the next meal. After two years working in the City I left my desk job to enrol at Leith’s Cookery School. It was at this point that I realised my creativity and meticulous organisation were far better suited to a career in food than a 9-5 in the City.

Leith’s was invaluable to me, teaching me a host of new and exciting skills that have helped me to develop as a chef. I completed the Diploma in Food and Wine, graduating with distinction in June 2017. After Leith’s I jumped at the opportunity to travel around Europe working as a private chef for families and large parties. Back in London, I joined a Deli in Chelsea where I was promoted to Head Chef within a year of joining. There I absolutely loved working on both private events as well as creating simple but delicious food for our regular customers at the deli.

Now working as a freelance chef, my main focus is on creating bespoke menus using high quality seasonal ingredients for all sizes of celebrations: from intimate dinner parties at home, to larger parties with canapés and bowl food. I source all of my ingredients from local independent suppliers ensuring I can maintain the quality whilst making sure they are sustainably sourced.
